Winemaker’s comments on this wine:
Deep red colour surrounded by tile coloured tints. Rich, complex, dominated by aromas of olive, tomato juice, cinnamon, dry fig and red fruits combined with sweet ageing aromas. An excellent structure, strong tannins (characteristic of Xinomavro) full-body, balance with intense flavour and long aftertaste of cinnamon and dry nuts. An apt to ageing wine. Serve at 18 C accompanied by dishes of game with spicy sauces and yellow cheeses.
